I went on a trip and everything here was modern. Exceptionally clean and silent room with a safe, TV and coffee/tea makers, enjoyed it. The staff was really helpful providing the information.

Cozy room 🛏️ that was super clean and quiet, had a nice view of the mountains 🏔️, and came with its own bathroom. the overall vibe here was really peaceful and calm.

The breakfast offers a variety of delicious food and drinks, the room is very clean, quiet, and the bed is comfortable.

The hotel was well priced and great. the room I stayed in was immaculately clean and had 2 double beds. - the breakfast included appetising options. - the location was good and marvellous, not far from shopping malls, a weekend break in Morelia, and the restaurant.

We had a delightful stay in this hotel. the location was perfect with shopping centers nearby. the rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the staff was polite and attentive. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. We enjoyed the facilities including the restaurant and found the valet parking convenient. We also had a fantastic view from the balcony.

The parking lot was a bit small, which made access to the hotel slightly confusing.

My stay at Hotel Horizon & Convention Center was beyond expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Alfredo, in particular, assisted me with my bags and even took the time to personally escort me to my room. When I discovered an issue with the TV, the front desk responded quickly and moved me to an even nicer room on the floor above. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the AC was powerful, and the hotel's garden was beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of fresh fruit, toast, and a delicious omelette. The overall level of service from the staff was impressive, making me feel valued as a guest. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great value for the price! The hotel had a very attentive and friendly staff and we enjoyed its central location, just a short drive to various dining options. We appreciated the modern facilities and the exceptionally clean rooms.

The parking left a lot to be desired, quite limited and confusingly handled. We also had some issues with the breakfast charges, as we were unaware that we needed to pay for our child's meal despite it being included in our package.
